Return and Refund Policy

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Certain items such as perishable goods, personalized items, and clearance items are non-returnable.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

3. Return Process:

  • Return Instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with instructions and a prepaid return shipping label for the return.
  • Packaging: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include a copy of the original receipt inside the package.

4. Refund Process:

  • Processing Time: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 2 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Partial Refunds: If the returned item is not in its original condition or is missing parts, a partial refund may be issued.

5. Exchanges:

  • Procedure: If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the item you want.
  • Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

6. Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Perishable goods

7. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions for returning the item and offer a replacement or full refund.

8. Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel your order. However, if an order is placed and then canceled within the same day, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the total order amount. This fee covers bank processing charges incurred during the transaction.
