Q16: What if my package is damaged or lost during transit? A16:
Damaged: If you receive a damaged product, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy and report it within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos. Do not accept tampered packages.

Q17: Do you ship internationally? A17: No, currently UNIQZONE only ships to addresses within India. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or international addresses.
Q18: What is your return policy? A18: We accept returns for damaged, defective, incorrect products, or missing parts reported within 7 days from the date of delivery. Returns are generally not accepted for "change of mind" reasons. All returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
