• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

• Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

To request a return:

  Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

• Our support team will provide you with detailed return instructions.

4. Return Shipping

• Uniqzone Responsibility: If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a prepaid return label or arrange pickup.

We recommend using a trackable courier and insuring the return shipment. We are not liable for returns lost or damaged in transit unless arranged by us.

5. Inspection & Approval

• All returned items are inspected upon receipt.

• You will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your return.

• If approved, we will process your refund or exchange promptly.

6. Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

• Please allow 7–10 business days for processing after approval.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.

7. Exchanges

• Exchanges are accepted for all products—whether due to damage, defect, wrong item, size, or color preference.

• All exchanges are subject to availability of the requested item.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is damaged or defective:

We will offer a replacement, full refund, or another appropriate resolution.
