At UNIQZONE, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, or you might encounter an issue. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds for purchases made on www.uniqzone.in.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

Damaged Product: If the product received is physically damaged during transit.

Defective Product: If the product is found to be non-functional or has manufacturing defects upon arrival or within the specified warranty period (if any).

Incorrect Product: If a product different from what was ordered is delivered.

Missing Parts/Accessories: If the product delivered is incomplete or missing essential parts/accessories as described.
Please Note:

Returns are generally not accepted for reasons such as "change of mind," "ordered by mistake," or if the customer simply dislikes the product after use, unless specifically covered by a separate stated policy (e.g., a satisfaction guarantee, which UNIQZONE does not currently offer as a standard).

Certain products, for hygiene or intellectual property reasons (e.g., used earphones, software licenses), may be non-returnable. This will be clearly stated on the product page.

Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" are not eligible for return or refund.
2. Return Window (Time Frame)

You must notify UNIQZONE of any damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item issues within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Beyond this 7-day window, return requests may be declined, except in cases where a product is covered by a specific manufacturer's warranty for manufacturing defects, in which case the warranty terms would apply (and may involve direct contact with the manufacturer).
3. Condition of Returned Items
For a successful return, all returned items must be:

Unused and in their original, resalable condition.

In their original packaging, including all tags, manuals, warranty cards, accessories, and promotional items that came with the product.

Without any signs of wear, use, alteration, or damage not reported at the time of return request.

Packed securely to prevent any damage during the return transit.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Name of the item(s) you wish to return.

Reason for the return (e.g., "damaged," "defective," "incorrect item").

Clear photographs or a short video of the product, clearly showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item (this is mandatory for damaged/defective/incorrect items).

Await Confirmation: Our customer support team will review your request and get back to you within 2 business days with instructions.

Return Authorization: Do NOT send the product back until you receive a "Return Authorization" from UNIQZONE. This authorization will include details on how and where to send your return.
5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product delivered by UNIQZONE, we will arrange for a reverse pickup or provide you with a prepaid shipping label. In such cases, the return shipping cost will be borne by UNIQZONE.

If a return is accepted under exceptional circumstances for reasons other than those listed in Section 1 (e.g., at UNIQZONE's sole discretion), the customer may be responsible for the return shipping costs.
6. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team (typically within 3-5 business days of receipt), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

For prepaid orders (credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking), the refund will be credited back to your original payment source.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be issued via bank transfer to the account details provided by you. Please ensure you provide accurate bank details for a smooth process.

Partial Refunds: In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if items are not in their original condition, are damaged for reasons not due to our error, or are missing parts). This will be communicated to you after inspection.

7. Exchanges
